August 2012. Electrical and lighting conditioning project, alarm systems, telephony, access control and data network of the new Industrial Plant in the Department of Maldonado. It included: Own Transformation Substation of 15/0.4kV, 400kVA. Low voltage distribution, power supply for power equipment, electrical outlets, lighting in the different sectors of the plant, warehouses and offices, and internal road lighting.

1998 – 1999 – 2000 and 2008.- Before project, project, project expansion, Technical Specifications, Specifications and Works Management for electrical and lighting conditioning, alarm systems, telephony, access control and data network of the new industrial plant(15,000 m2), in the city of Libertad, Department of San José. Included in this:

 

  • Transformation substation 30/0.4 kV, 2500 kVA.

  • Emergency Generation Plant (1500 kVA).

  • Property lightning protection system.

  • Protection earth meshes (AT and BT) and service.

  • Road lighting of internal roads and water treatment lagoons.

  • Ornamental lighting of facades.

  • Distribution for food Services and Food Centers and Control of production areas.

  • Specifications and bid study for the Mixed Works (Bonprole – UTE) tender for the construction of a 30 kV overhead line, from the Libertad Substation to the 30 kV Connection and Measurement Post of the Industrial Plant (2km) .

 

This project and the corresponding complete works were audited by the European consulting FIRM APAVE in order to corroborate compliance with the Regulations of the European Economic Community, having issued a totally favorable judgment.

1996.- Detailed engineering project for the electrical and Control installation for the new Paper Machine 2 and Dryers (Hood)which included:

 

  • Expansion of the existing 30/0.4 kV transformer station, from 2MVA to 4KVA.

  • Design of the alarm panel for the new transformer and low voltage power panel.

  • Project for exterior ground grids for low voltage services and protection   and for the interior ground grid.

  • Modeling of the installations in 3 dimensions in a CAD design program, study and elimination of interferences with other mechanical and civil installations.

1995.- Hourly load profile of the cigarette manufacturing plant for feasibility study of change of consumer category. Preliminary project and study of associated costs for the unification of the feeding and metering point.

1994.- Electrical and lighting conditioning project for the main plant of the Solis Slaughterhouse and Refrigerator. It included: 15 kV Connection and Measurement Post, Own Transformation Substation, Low Voltage Distribution Infrastructure, supply of power equipment, sockets, lighting of the different sectors of the plant, lighting of internal roads and treatment lagoons of tributaries, etc. (250 kVA).
